A school district merged two schools and the two music teachers come to realize that one of them will be let go. An idea comes up to hold a competition on a local TV station between the two choirs, and whichever wins, their teacher will be spared. So the competition is on, and it’s all holds barred. But there may be more at stake than just a teaching position in this brand new Christmas film, made for TV.
This is a fairly simple little story, but in keeping with the spirit of the season. It reminds me of Glee a bit, but it’s a bit slow. There’s not a lot going on, but it’s a decent made for TV show. It has a bit of the old Christmas spirit and is interesting enough. If you like a little romantic comedy, mixed with some Christmas music and a little holiday magic, you could do much worse. At least it’s new, and something we haven’t seen before.
