TV adaptation of Charles Tazewell’s wonderful Christmas story of a little angel who arrives in heaven, and has a hard time fitting in. He seems to annoy all the serious angels even though he tries not to. But when he presents the baby Jesus with a gift the other angels consider inappropriate, his embarrassment overwhelms him until he finds a chance to prove to the other angels what a good heart he really has, and the value of even the littlest of the angels.

This is one of the simplest, yet most poignant Christmas stores as it teaches the value of becoming like a child. Kids will connect with the frustration of the littlest angel as he tries to keep up with the big boys, but just can’t compete. It’s hard to be little. The story is really good, and the animation is passing. It’s TV animation, after all, but classy in its simple animation style. It’s a bit jumpy and short, and all that, but it’s available for streaming, and may be just right for the little folks who can’t sit still that long, but will enjoy this Christmas story featuring someone who suffers from the same problems coping with a grown up world that they have to deal with everyday. Nice film for kids. Also good for parents and kids together. Good message, concise story, and loads of fun for the young at heart.
